The chowmahalla palace is the residence of the rulers of the Asaf Jahi dynasty .




After independence, the dynasty rule has come to an extinction , but the successors of the dynasty still stay over here .



It's a personal property, and some portions of it is open for the public to get a glimpse of the royal items used by the regals .



There are four palaces in the same complex , hence it's called the chowmahalla palace .



First we started with the Darbar hall which is just wow .



The ceilings are so beautifully made , that we were literally awestruck , and elegant chandeliers perfectly complemented the look .



Vintage cars of different designs have been exhibited in a separate section.



There is a clock tower which is providing with the right time for the last two hundred years .



Frangipani trees and manicured gradens makes the place grand .



It is at a stone's throw distance from the iconic Charminar and the famed Macca Masjid .



Outside the royal palace, is a busy market, always flocked with buyers and sellers .



Ladies wear is really cheap , with beautiful designs .



It's in the heart of the city and can be reached easily from anywhere and by any means.
